I wanted to take this opportunity to provide your organization with some feedback about the quality of service provided by Geri and the other cleaning  staff who provide such services for COA.

Geri, in my view, does a fantastic job and she does it with a smile. I have never had an issue or concern regarding this cleaning crew with respect to how my office is cleaned. There is no build up of dust, there are no concerns regarding the care of the carpet in my office, and my trash is emptied daily. Nor have I observed problems with how the common areas are cleaned.

Geri is cheerful and friendly and extends a warm greeting to everyone she encounters. I think she takes a lot of pride in her work . Also, on several occasions, Geri has shown concern about the welfare of female employees like myself working late and leaving the office alone at night. This means a lot and it’s nice to know someone cares about your safety and welfare. In my view the service has been top rate.
