We hold several certifications including MBE/EDGE and we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are also a member of the African American Chamber of Commerce and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce. 

Our company was founded by a local gentleman who was tired of the way that the franchise janitorial companies were treating their customers. He was the top franchise owner for a national janitorial company for many years and realized that the franchise model just wasn't working. Total Maintenance Solution Commercial Cleaning only has one location and we do not offer franchises, nor do we hire subcontractors. This is to ensure that every customer receives the same professional and personalized service that has made Total Maintenance Solution what it is today.

We provide janitorial services for the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area as well as Dayton, Ohio and Southeast Indiana. We currently service a variety of businesses totaling over 1 million square feet of area cleaned.
